Är det någon som vill dela med sig med recept på älgkorv, gärna i form av lunchkorv, skulle bli väldigt glad.

Första försöket jag gjorde blev väldigt torrt, saknade nitritsalt så den såg osmaklig ut också, men den saken är ordnad nu i alla fall.
